I should have the camp book done Monday... LUKE! I need those songs if you want them in the camp book.
Anyone want to lead craft time? I have the supplies, I just need someone who wants to spend some time in the main lodge with a handful of kids.

It looks like we will have 10 or 12 buddy bunch small groups. That means some groups will have 3 staff and others 2.
Have you thought about your buddy bunch groups? Have you prayed about it?
Things to do in buddy bunch groups.
-Get to know everyones name
-Pray
-Share scripture
-Review in detail the Quiet Time lessons in the camp book
-Team builder games
-Do a craft together
-Take a hike
-Journal
-blow bubbles (bring your own bubbles)
-Find something at the dollar store to share with your group to make them special
-Come up with a group name and write a song about it for camp fire
-think of, practice and performe a Bible skit for campfire
Any other ideas that have worked, post them for others to see.

I just received word from Tricia Hansen last night that she will not be able to come to camp. She has had the flu since that last time I talked with you about her, and just hasn't been able to get her strength back. I know this is not what you needed to hear.

Been workin' on my lesson. Tabitha gave me some ideas and Rachel told me one we could do as a large or small group. I'm going to make (or bring to make) large letters on cardboard for a human word search, using words from our verses. We could have the small groups do it as teams and get prizes ? What do you think?
